If you are not satisfied with a North Pole Fire Department patch, pin, hat or any other items purchased as shown in our web site; send the item(s) back to us, post-paid, in their original packaging material with the original invoice, insured and with tracking information. All refund requests must occur no later than 30 days after shipment, (except ground international orders, 5 days after receiving), of the item from our facility.

Some of our products are fragile and some breakage should be expected during shipping. Claims for breakage must be filed directly with the carrier. Shipments are made F.O.B. our facilities in North Pole, AK, USA.
